Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AestheticBody application (“App”), a product of Revval (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What AestheticBody Does

AestheticBody is an AI-powered physique analysis platform. It allows users to upload progress photos, receive analysis of muscle group development and balance, and access personalised workout recommendations. The App is designed to help you identify underdeveloped or imbalanced muscle groups and build a more aesthetic physique.

2. Not Medical or Clinical Advice

AestheticBody is a wellness and fitness tool only. All AI-generated analyses, scores, and recommendations are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or professional fitness prescription. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider or certified personal trainer before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations. Revval accepts no liability for injury, health issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from use of the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use AestheticBody. By using the App, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Your Account

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately at hello@revval.ai if you suspect unauthorised access
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Photo Uploads & User Content

AestheticBody requires you to upload progress photos for AI analysis. By uploading photos or any other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the right to upload it
• The content does not contain images of other individuals without their consent
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You grant Revval a limited licence to process the content solely to deliver the App's analysis features to you

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. We do not use your photos to train AI models without your explicit consent. For details on how your photos are stored and processed, see Section 6 and our Privacy Policy.

6. Data Processors

AestheticBody uses the following third-party services to operate. By using the App, you acknowledge that your data is processed by these providers as described.

7. AI Analysis Accuracy

AestheticBody's AI analysis is based on visual assessment of photos provided and established aesthetic proportion benchmarks. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and individual physique variation. Scores and recommendations are indicative, not definitive. We make no guarantee that following any plan generated by the App will produce specific aesthetic outcomes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AestheticBody to:

• Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the underlying AI models or software
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or scrape the App
• Circumvent any usage limits, access controls, or security measures
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its outputs without our written permission

9. Subscription & Payments

Access to certain features of AestheticBody may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@revval.ai for any billing disputes.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, designs, trademarks, and content within AestheticBody are owned by or licensed to Revval. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial fitness purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

AestheticBody is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or that AI analysis results will be accurate for every user. Use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revval shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AestheticBody, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or dissatisfaction with results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AestheticBody at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting hello@revval.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of AestheticBody after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Revval operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
